Refund Policy

BAE VIEW LLC, trading as AI Meeting Companion ("we", "us"), wants you to be happy with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first payment on a plan. Renewals after the 30-day window are excluded.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds within the 30-day window are automatic. Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap Cancel subscription. If your first payment was within the last 30 days, we will:

• Cancel your subscription immediately, and
• Issue a full refund through our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, for every charge made during the 30-day window.

No email or support ticket is required. If you run into any trouble, you can also look up your order at paddle.net or email us at customercare@baeview.com.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings inside the app, or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
